PANalytical offers a wide range of X-ray tubes, for XRF and XRD as well as for other industrial applications like inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT) and gauging. Next to our standard models, X-ray tubes can be customized according to specific demands. X-ray tubes can be ordered as single items, but also in small or large quantities based on volume contracts.
All X-ray tubes are developed and manufactured in PANalytical's own dedicated X-ray tube facility in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. This facility has more than 30 years of experience, and has all relevant technologies in-house:
